Andrew Steimle is a partner in Steimle Birschbach, LLC, and limits his practice to matters relating to business, real estate and estate planning. Andrew:
- Structures business organizations and related organizational documentation (articles, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, bylaws, etc.)
- Advises companies with respect to transactions and contracts ranging in size from just a few thousand dollars to transactions with values in excess of $250 million.
- Acts as outside general counsel for many privately owned companies providing general legal services when called and arranging for and overseeing the use of specialized attorneys when needed.
- Represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and assists in real estate development and ongoing management issues
- Represents both landlords and tenants in commercial real estate matters
- Prepares basic estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documentation
Andrew is a graduate of Marquette Law School (Juris Doctorate 1995) and received miscellaneous academic awards in law school. In addition, Andrew graduated from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1991 with a major in finance.
